CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Welcome to the custom form page! There is lots of information to be covered when ordering a custom, so please read through the details below.

  • Feel free to go into as much detail as you would like, and please include pictures/links to help me see your vision.

  • Please list the best method of contact to reach you, as this will be how I reach out about your project.

  • Custom Hat pricing varies based on the complexity and time needed to complete the project, but the base price for a patchwork bucket hat with one embroidered patch is $125.

  • Deposit of $50 is required after I have received your custom form, in order to secure your fabrics and your spot in queue...some fabrics are limited and are only cut/reserved for your project once deposit is paid. Deposit can be paid on my website, under 'Custom Deposit'.

  • The remaining balance is to be paid before shipping out, and can be paid thru the website or thru Paypal/Cashapp/Venmo.

 

  • Please Note: Once your fabrics have been chosen, deposit is paid and project is started...NO FABRIC CHANGES CAN BE MADE. *I have been super lenient with this in the past, and moving forward I can no longer do so. Changing fabrics essentially starts the process over from the beginning, and I simply have to value my time to the highest degree. The price for a custom creation includes a generous amount of time for discussing your project, but does not include the time needed to start from scratch mid-way through. I am more than happy to send as many pictures and answer any questions to ensure you are selecting the correct fabrics for your vision.

  • USPS shipping with tracking # provided for every order.

  • Current processing times may vary but generally are between 4-6 weeks depending on if fabrics/supplies need to be ordered. This wait time starts once your fabrics have been finalized.

  • You will be contacted within 3-4 business days thru your provided method of contact about your order once YOUR FORM & DEPOSIT are received.

  • Once I reach out about your custom, we can finalize details/fabric and I will provide the total invoice for your creation. If supplies need to be ordered, they are done so then. I provide progress pictures as soon as I get your fabrics 'patchworked' and the pieces cut out, that way you can see how it's coming along. If we haven't discussed the details of your patch yet, we will do so then, as you will be able to see the exact place the patch will be placed. Once your custom is complete, pictures/videos are sent to you before completing payment and shipping out.
